Rates

Rates are highly dependent upon services required. Installation of Linux onto a desktop computer can be as little as $50. Configuration of a Local Area Network averages $75/hour.

Complex systems (usually systems that require more than two weeks to plan and deploy) are assigned a Project Manager.

We also provide complete systems and training. See the sample systems page to see some of our specials. All systems come with Red Hat Linux and OpenOffice pre-installed, fully configured to allow you to read Microsoft Word documents and spreadsheets and explore the web. We will also set up the system at your location to work with existing Windows or Macintosh systems and configure email for your specific requirements.

System Repairs/Upgrades

Typical bench rates for computer upgrades and/or repairs runs $50/hour with a minimum $50 charge.

Business Rates

We charge $50/hour for service to businesses. If you prefer, we can also work on a fixed price basis. This requires more definition and up-front work, but is a good way to control costs on larger projects

PC Owner's Specials

If you are not a business, we can still help. We have low cost, professional services for home computer users. We will come to your home, help you set up or fix your computer, answer questions, and upgrade it - all for a flat rate of $40.00 labor charge (parts are extra) per hour. We do not charge if we are not able to fix your system. Contact us for details.
